Where is my order or why hasnt my order status changed?

Your order is usually processed within 1-2 business days once ordered, then production starts. Each product has different estimated turnaround times - these can vary from days to weeks and cannot be changed or rushed. Once production is complete your order will be shipped and you should receive tracking information at that time. Orders only have an open and fulfilled status so will show open while in production. If your order is towards the end of the estimated turnaround time, and you simply want to check the status, simply contact us and we can look into it for you.
